Get an advanced class in Latin wine taught by the experts. 

  • Be guided through a five course meal paired with traditional Latin cocktails and catena wine throughout the evening.  Plus, meet celebrity chef and James Beard semi-finalist Richard Sandoval, who plans to co-host the evening with Toro executive chef Oscar Padilla.

  • Latin wines are growing in fame as “New World” wines with Argentina, Chile and Uruguay leading the pack. Quality vineyards paired with the perfect climate has earned Argentina its fame as the group’s front-runner.

Expand your cocktail repertoire with master bartender, Jack Mello and learn the “How To’s” behind spirits from Leopold Brothers while adding two new cocktails to your mixology know-how.  The piéce de résistance will be a two-course caviar tasting!

DINNER ON THE PLAZA

Location: Fillmore Plaza (Fillmore Street between 1st & 2nd Avenues)

There are no disruptions: no car traffic, no pedestrian traffic - only amazed and envious looks from onlookers.  

  • Delight in dinner al fresco on the iconic Fillmore Plaza and enjoy an intentionally crafted 4-course meal including diver scallops and beef cheeks served at a beautifully decorated 120 foot long community table with curated wine pairings from Volio.

  • This meal will be crafted by Chef Bernard Guillas, Maitre Cuisinier de France and Academie Culinaire de France, along with Chef Chad Scothorn of Cosmopolitan Telluride.
